Yah it’s a cool little spot not as good as it used to be because people do find the spots and I want them to but they over fish them and keep fish and that’s ok but it does make spots get burnt very fast if people have good eyes

Yah you are I wouldn’t eat anything below the falls in Oregon city. Still kinda hit or miss eating the ones above the river tbh. There is some lakes in your area I just don’t fish them because I hate that drive from NE portland

It’s a carp they are resilient as heck like catfish

It’s good sometimes and thanks for the sub it hasn’t been the same but right now is a good time to get out and catch them on the willy maybe fry up river some on the downtown side

@@pnw_element9822it is a park I can’t give away everything but there isn’t many and it’s free to park if your not taking a boat just a little hint. When you find the spot you will know the bite will be good trust me I just went not to long ago when water temp was still low 40s but did really good I always find my best luck for crappie a little closer to 50 degrees. There is a garbage plant close to this spot also

You can catch them year round to be honest and I am not sure if I am in Oregon I would have to watch the video if I am it’s on the willamette river

Not a who lot! You could bottom fish and see what eats but crappie also up at silver lake is good all winter long

It’s safe to fish there I wouldn’t eat anything from the lower willy but I eat fish from the upper and a lot of people do also

Are you in Oregon? Or on the east coast? Make sure it’s legal to harvest in your area right now and in the area going to harvest from. Not sure what your trying to ask but if you watch this video It tells you mostly everything you need to know
